Critiques
First off, I love the lighting on the hand. When I saw the WIP for this, it looked odd, but now that you've added the rest of the flames, it looks amazing. Especially with the overall flow of them (something I ultimately suck at when drawing fire).
Now onto the actual critiquing part...
The face: Excellent work on the expression, SKhat adds humor to it too!
Pose: Very epic and dynamic, nice work!
Overall anatomy: Aaaand here comes the part that bugged me...
The leg that's further from the camera just bugs me to no end. How it's thicker near the base and significantly thinner as you go further down the leg. Perhaps changing the perspective on the leg would be a quick and good fix.
Fire: Once again, love the flow you've got going on there! There's definitely significant movement. And I love how it actually looks as if his fingers are on fire, rather than it looking like a fireball with a hand slapped on it, excellent!
However, I've always got a beef with people who use excessive smudging with fire. What I'd do instead is play around with pressure sensitivity pertaining to size and opacity both, it's great for fire effects!
Background: A white background just clashed immensely, IMO, whereas a black background would have really accented this. However, as you stated, it's a doodle, so you can do as you wish there. :T
And I have just one thing left to say: How on earth do you draw clothes so well? xD
That is all, I'll shut up now. C:
